All credit card orders are subject to verification and approval by the card-issuing bank. For your protection, credit card orders shipped to an address other than your billing address may require additional verification. Alert Video Surveillance LLC, reserves the right to contact you by e-mail or telephone to request additional identification. We may reject orders if the verification fails.
International Orders: We accept wire transfers worldwide. Go through the standard checkout steps, enter in all of your shipping information (once you have received a shipping quote and total), and print out the order form. Fax us a copy of your shopping cart contents, and we’ll call you with all the details on how to do wire-transfer over the phone. The total transferred must include shipping cost. The shipping cost may be adjusted for international addresses and overweight orders. Delay in shipping your order may occur if the wire transfer received is different from the order total amount. Wire transfers may take 1-2 business days to confirm.
Payment by Check: (Pre-pay with a Check): Pre-payment with a cashier's check or money order is accepted. Go through the checkout steps, enter in all of your shipping information (once you have received a shipping quote and total), and print out the order form. Then get a cashier's check or money order from your bank for the exact amount and make it out to Alert Video Surveillance LLC, and mail the check with a copy of the order sheet to:

AVS-USA.COM uses UPS carrier service exclusively for orders. Orders placed after 1:00pm (MST) may take up to 2 business days for processing before shipping out via UPS ground/standard services. Delivery times are stated in business days, and do not include order processing times. UPS does not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
We happily ship on your USPS/FedEx account upon request. Online shipping totals are shown prior to submitting you order and are calculated in real-time using UPS World ship actual rates.
UPS Ground/Standard - Routinely delivered within 3-7 business days (refer to UPS Shipping Map at the bottom of this page for further details). Please note that these are only approximate UPS delivery times as provided to us by UPS. For guaranteed delivery time ask for Express Next Business Day Air or Expedited 2nd Business Day Air shipping. All shipping prices are quoted in U.S. dollars. C.O.D. orders cannot be accepted. AVS-USA.COM does NOT ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO. Overseas addresses please see the "International Orders" section. All items are shipped insured. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive confirmation by email including your tracking number and links to track your order on-line with UPS. We can not guarantee UPS delivery times and quoted delivery times are for guideline purposes.
Freight costs are calculated based on UPS rates and reflect the total weight, dimensions, and distance of your order to your destination. The shipping charges will be calculated and displayed for you after you type in your shipping information. You will know the exact amount of shipping cost for your purchase before you enter your credit card info.
How do I find out what the cost is for shipping?
The easiest way to calculate exact shipping charges is to go through the ordering process. Prior to processing the order, the exact shipping cost will be shown.
All of our products are brand new and come with full factory warranties. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. The following is a guideline for returns or exchanges.
Defective Returns: You may return defective items to us with a Return Authorization (RMA) only. A Return Authorization is issued subject to each manufacturer's repair or replacement policy. E-mail us at sales@avs-usa.com for RMA Number. Packages received without RMA Numbers will not be accepted and will be refused.
Non-Defective Returns: Please check your package immediately. You may return non-defective items within 16 days from the delivery date of your order. All returns must have a Return Merchandise Authorization Number. Please e-mail to sales@avs-usa.com for your RMA Number. Include a brief statement of why the item is being returned, along with the name and address we originally shipped the item to. An RMA will be e-mailed back to you with instructions. For security purposes, any items presented without an RMA Number on the outside box will be refused and sent back to the recipient.
Condition of Return: All exchanged/returned merchandise must be in original factory condition, including all packaging materials, inserts, manuals, warranty cards (not filled-out), and all accessories. Merchandise that is returned with missing items is subject to a 15% restocking fee. Merchandise over $5,000 is considered a special order and subject to a restocking fee of 25% if canceled. No exceptions.
Back to TopProducts are guaranteed for a period of one year from the date of purchase against defects in workmanship and materials. This warranty includes but is not limited to the repair, replacement or refund of the purchase price at SVAT option.
This warranty becomes void if the product shows evidence of having been misused, mishandled or tampered with contrary to the applicable instruction manual. Routine cleaning, normal cosmetic and mechanical wear and tear are not covered under the terms of this warranty.
The warranty expressly provided for herein is the sole warranty provided in connection with the product itself and no other warranty, expressed or implied is provided. Defender assumes no responsibilities for any other claims not specifically mentioned in this warranty.
This warranty does not cover the shipping cost, insurance or any other incidental charges. You MUST call Utah Video Surveillance or SVAT before sending any product back for repair. You will be sent a Return Authorization form with complete return instructions. When returning the product for warranty service, please pack it carefully in the original box with all supplied accessories, and enclose a copy of your original receipt, the completed RA form, and a brief explanation of the problem (include RA #).
This warranty is valid only in Canada and the continental U.S. This warranty cannot be re-issued. Tearing the tamper-proof sticker on the DVR cases will void the product warranty.
